Quick Facts for New Students
-
Do I need a full drum set at home to start?
No, you don't need a loud acoustic kit immediately. Beginners can easily start with an affordable, quiet practice pad and a pair of drumsticks to practice rudiments and hand speed at home. If you want to invest in a home setup later, an electronic drum kit (which can be played with headphones) is compact, apartment-friendly, and ideal for noise-conscious living. Our coaches can advise on reliable models before you buy.
-
Who is this program for?
Children (from age 6+, or once legs can comfortably reach the kick and hi-hat pedals), teenagers, and adults of any experience level.
-
What are the studio facilities like?
You learn on professional-grade drum kits inside our dedicated, sound-treated music rooms at both Ampang and Bukit Ceylon, with custom made Evans DB1drumheads for ear protection.
