Quick Facts for New Students
-
Do I need to own a guitar before my first lesson?
Yes, having an instrument at home is essential for progress. Daily 15-minute practice sessions make all the difference. If you are unsure which guitar type or body size to get (especially 1/2 or 3/4 sizes for younger children), our instructors will guide you on the right model and string type before you buy.
-
Who is this program for?
Kids (usually from age 6+, depending on hand reach), teenagers, and adults of any musical background.
-
What if my fingers hurt when pressing strings?
Tender fingertips are completely normal during the first 2 to 3 weeks of playing. With our coaches guiding your finger positioning, hand posture, and instrument action, your fingers adapt quickly without unnecessary strain.
